A guest post from Huawei partner STATION F introducing the just-launched Startup Incubation Program.

STATION F is thrilled to announce a new program with the international technology company Huawei!

STATION F, the world's largest startup campus, today announced a new partnership with Huawei to launch a sustainability-focused Startup Incubation Program on campus. This program aims to support early stage European companies committed to ecological transition, providingthem with unique technological resources and expertise to address environmental challenges.

The program, aligned with Huawei’s global sustainability strategy, is designed for startups developing software applications in industrial, retail, or new energy vehicle sectors. Startups will gain access to Huawei’s technological support through its cloud and ecosystem resources, which are designed to minimize environmental impact while driving economic growth.

By launching its program at STATION F, Huawei gives these startups access to STATION F's dynamic working environment, collaboration opportunities with other tech startups and partners, and a community of 500 investment funds. Huawei, which invested over 23% of its annual revenue in R&D in 2023, is committed to playing a leading role in the green transition through technological innovation.

The company is dedicated to reducing its own carbon footprint while helping other businesses follow suit. In addition, STATION F is also seeing a growing interest in climate and sustainability; companies in the sector have raised more funding than any other (including AI) in 2024, and this is the second sustainability program to launch on campus this year.

Here is an overview of the support that startups in the program will benefit from:

    • Cloud Credits: Receive up to US$150,000 in Huawei Cloud credits to support your technological needs.
    • Technical Support: Get personalized assistance to seamlessly adopt Huawei Cloud services.
    • Mentorship and Training: Learn from industry experts to refine your business strategy.
    • Networking Opportunities: Connect with potential investors and partners within Huawei's global ecosystem.
    • Marketing Exposure: Increase your visibility through joint marketing initiatives.
The program will support 10 startups for 7 months.

Startups can apply until October 31.
“We are so proud to welcome Huawei to campus and even more proud to be able to work with moresustainability-focused businesses. Huawei will also heavily contribute to our international ecosystem on campus.”
