Huawei was named a Leader in Coldago Research Maps 2024 for File Storage and Object Storage.
The map analyzes technology innovation, market trends, market share, and ecosystem collaboration within the storage industry, ranking major storage vendors to help enterprise users make informed purchasing decisions. File storage is classified into enterprise file storage and high-performance file storage. High-performance file storage is especially popular in fields like scientific computing, simulations, and media editing, where large-scale data sharing and access are essential. Object storage is ideal for workloads like object-native applications, advanced data analytics, and backup and archiving.
- Map for File Storage: Huawei was recognized as a Leader in both Enterprise File Storage and High-Performance File Storage categories for its products OceanStor Dorado All-Flash Storage and OceanStor Pacific Scale-Out Storage.

Dec 17: Huawei Maintains Top Position in Global Passive Antenna Network Market for Ninth Year Running
The 2023 Passive Cellular Antenna Competitive Analysis report by ABI Research shows that Huawei continues to lead the global market with a market share of 38.93%.
ABI Research conducted a comprehensive assessment of 15 base station antenna vendors based on three dimensions: Overall, Innovation, and Implementation.
Huawei ranked first in all three areas and is the only equipment manufacturer to grow its market share in the period covered by the report.

Dec 11: GlobalData NFVI Competitiveness Report: Huawei Earns Full Scores in All Dimensions
GlobalData's Telco Cloud Infrastructure (NFVI): Competitive Landscape Assessment report categorizes Huawei as an industry leader across all dimensions.
The dimensions cover architecture, management, market momentum, performance, platform intelligence, resilience, and professional services. Huawei's Telco Converged Cloud (TCC) was given a perfect score in each dimension, solidifying its leading position in the NFVI market.

Dec 03: Huawei Records Highest Market Share for Contact Center Software in China for Tenth Year Running
The IDC report China Contact Center Market Share, 2023: The Age of Intelligence (Doc#CHC51734724, November 2024) reports that Huawei held the top market share in China's contact center software industry in 2023 with its AICC (Artificial Intelligence Contact Center) software platform.
The IDC report states that the total market size for contact center software in China reached US$609.7 million, of which Huawei holds a 8.9% market share worth US$54.4 million.
The Huawei AICC integrates technologies such as voice recognition, natural language processing, Huawei’s Pangu large language model, digital human, HD video, multi-party video, and video IVR. It uses intelligent and video-based methods to enhance the customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and increase revenue.
