Turkcell and Huawei Complete Türkiye’s First AI WAN Fiber Health Care Test

    Turkcell and Huawei have successfully completed Türkiye’s first autonomous fiber health care test of AI WAN in an IP backbone network, enhancing uplink connection security and operational resilience. 

    Backbone fiber infrastructure is critical for carrying high-capacity traffic and ensuring stable uplink connectivity. Traditional fiber maintenance methods rely on manual measurements, field team dispatch, and instrument-based fault detection. 

    These processes are time-consuming, costly, and may delay service restoration. 

    The newly validated AI WAN solution enables real-time, online fiber health care across the IP backbone without requiring instruments or on-site fault detection.
