Beyond the Network: Telekom Malaysia's Strategic Evolution

The Digital Leadership Excellence Programme (DLE) is an innovative collaboration developed by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) and Huawei Malaysia that emphasizes leadership, innovation, and sustainable growth in the digital era.

Designed to serve as a springboard for Malaysia’s digital advancement, programme participants derive from the key sectors that drive national digital transformation forward: the government, academia, and industry.

As was the case with the 2024 programme, 2025 saw DLE participants visit Huawei's HQ in China's Shenzhen, giving Huawei Blog the chance to interview some of Malaysia's leading industry experts, government delegates, and academics.

In part 5 and the final part of this series, Mohd Izni Zuhdi Bin Mohamed Rawi, General Manager of Network Architecture & Technology Planning Malaysia for Telekom Malaysia, explores the carrier's strategic evolution and the role of the DLE Programme in supporting the nation's digital transformation drive.
